  • Shipping only available within Canada. We do not currently ship to USA.

Minimum $100 order required for shipping to remote location. Remote locations that are referred to as "Air Stage Locations" by Canada Post are not eligible for free shipping. Please refer to the list of postal codes by clicking here.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our primary goal at shopbuzz.ca. To provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience, we are happy to offer a refund (less shipping charges) of unused and/or unopened products* up to 30 days after you receive the shipment.

* Non-refundable products include grocery products, feminine hygiene products

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
